Caution 1. unbalanced diet
As reported in a previous column (Eating Habits Good for Hair), the Japanese diet has shifted to a Western-style diet. As a result, the number of people who consume too much animal protein, oil, and salt is increasing. It is also common to see people eating fast food or eating at convenience stores for all three meals. Many people are too busy to take the time to eat. However, this type of eating habits not only causes hair loss, but also increases the possibility of developing lifestyle-related diseases. Please be careful.

Caution 2. lack of exercise
They do not use the stairs to go up one floor. Even to go to the neighborhood convenience store, they ride bicycles or motorcycles, etc. …… I am sure many of you remember this. Lack of exercise reduces the functions of the entire body. Metabolism is not active and the movement of each organ slows down, which is not good for your hair. Moderate exercise is necessary for the body, and at least 30 minutes of light exercise (such as walking) every day is ideal.
Caution 3. lack of sleep
If sleep deprivation persists, brain cells are unable to recover from fatigue, internal organs are impaired, and the condition of the blood is compromised. Blood flows relatively more to the internal organs during the day and to the skin and bones at night. Therefore, skin cells are said to be created between 10:00 pm and 2:00 am. The same is true again for the scalp and hair. Since time immemorial, humans have lived by a rhythm of daytime activity and nighttime sleep. We should try not to break this rhythm.
