Is your back rounded at a moment’s notice? Is your neck forward? A crooked back can ruin a perfect appearance. Especially when wearing heels, the back tends to be rounded. Try to walk as if your body has a single axis, as if you are connected by a single thread from the top of your head to the tips of your feet.
Habit of walking.
Are your toes turned inward or outward? Habits in the way you walk not only affect your appearance, but also your health, including your skeletal structure and muscles. Do you walk with your knees forward when wearing heels as well as with your inner thighs or hips? Heels that are too high make it difficult to walk beautifully. Wear heels that are appropriate for you and walk with a broad, stately stride as if you were walking on a straight line.
Clothes are not well cared for.
In the normal course of daily life, you may not notice it until the back of your clothes. Are any threads frayed? Are there any wrinkles formed when you sit down? Are there any dust, dirt, or hairballs on it? These are places that are usually out of sight when you are wearing clothes, so you may be able to improve them with a little care when you leave the house, change your makeup, or sit on a chair.
Unkempt hair.
It is difficult to get a good haircut up to the back when you set your hair at home. Is there a hairline in the back of your head that is still in a bad shape? Is your hair tangled? Take care of your hair at least a little by brushing it out or using a hairbrush and water. Furthermore, if you are concerned about your hair, it would be perfect if you could check the back of your hair by using a mirror.
