Do you have questions you want to ask at the hair salon but can’t? In this issue, we have compiled a list of questions about hair salons that you may not be able to ask people at this late stage.
Take magazine clippings.
Many people often wonder if they should bring magazine clippings to hair salons. In fact, there are a surprisingly large number of users who bring magazine clippings.
Stylists believe that it conveys an image better than a verbal description and makes it easier for the stylist to perform the treatment. However, even if the image is conveyed, the model and yourself have different facial contours and structures. The haircut you want may not suit you. It is a good idea to consult with the stylist and have the haircut done so that the style you are looking for does not become a failure.
Bangs cut only
Some salons often offer “bangs cut” as part of their menu. Is it acceptable to book a salon only for “bangs cuts”?
Actually, many stylists are “happy” to do so.
Many stylists are happy that customers come to their salons even if it is only for a haircut. Some stylists even say, “The customer is my work of art, so I want them to come to the salon even if it’s just to change 1mm of their bangs. Why not be brave and ask the salon to cut your bangs just to have them cut?
Redo” within one week
Some salons offer free “redo” within a period of time after the treatment, but is it actually rude to use it?
The answer is yes! Many customers say, “If it’s just a small mistake, I’ll put up with it and wait until the hair grows back,” but for the salon, that is part of their job. Some stylists think, “If a customer leaves the salon after having had any problems pointed out to them, I will take even better care of that customer. If you express your gratitude to the stylist and tell them what you want them to do, there will be no problem with redoing the hair at a later date.
Treatment/Head Spa only
I would like to have only treatment or head spa treatment at a salon where cutting and coloring are the main menu. This is a common request, especially for those who are growing their hair long.
In fact, most salons welcome only treatment and head spa.
If you are concerned about this, you can make an inquiry when you make a reservation, stating that you would like to use only treatment/head spas. However, many salons charge a separate blowout fee for treatment/head spa use only, so be sure to confirm the amount when you make a reservation.
How was your experience? Why don’t you try using the services of salons that you have wanted to use but have been reluctant to do so until now?
