Healthy hair contains sufficient moisture; conversely, damaged and dry hair has less. Fall is the season when hair is prone to problems with split ends and breakage. This is due in part to the lack of moisture in the hair.
Causes of split ends and hair breakage and general countermeasures
The causes of split ends and hair breakage can be attributed to “insufficient nutrition,” “coloring, perming, or other solutions that have affected the cuticle,” or “weakening of the hair’s moisturizing function.”
And generally, “shampoo products with ingredients with moisturizing function” or treatments are used to deal with this problem. However, this method only gives shine to the surface. It is not a fundamental solution.
Energize the hair follicles, themselves!
When hair loses its luster, has more split ends, or breaks easily, it is because there is something wrong with the hair follicles. In other words, dry hair is a sign of low energy around the hair follicles! Therefore, applying products with excellent moisturizing functions to the hair is only a partial solution, and it is better to activate the hair follicles themselves to solve the root problem. When firm, healthy hair grows, it will not become dry.
What is the relationship to thinning hair and hair loss?
Now, to the most important question, “If my hair becomes dry due to moisture loss, will it lead to hair loss?” I cannot say “yes” or “no.” The connection between flakiness and hair loss is similar to the relationship between sneezing and a cold. The connection between hair loss and dryness is similar to the relationship between sneezing and a cold. One day you sneeze. That does not necessarily mean that you will catch a cold. However, if you make a mistake, you may develop a sore throat, fever, or other symptoms that could lead to a full-blown cold.
Similarly, dryness due to lack of moisture may not immediately lead to hair loss, but it may indicate that the hair is in a slightly bad state. If left untreated, hair loss is likely to occur in the near future, and we recommend that you restore healthy hair as soon as possible.
Let’s remember!
Leaving your scalp sweating because your hair needs moisture is a big problem. Dirt will build up in the pores and cause hair loss. Keep your scalp clean at all times. The moisture content of healthy hair is around 12% when the humidity is 65-75%. Conversely, the figure for damaged hair is less than 10%.
